Who we are
BrandHive provides software connecting consumer brands with independent sales agents across Australia and New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
What we collect and why
Account details, business and contact information, identity-verification data, bank details (to calculate and record payouts; we do not move your money), and usage data. We use it to operate the platform, calculate commissions, and support you.
Marketing
We only send marketing email with your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
