How you get paid. The honest version.

BrandHive is not a payment company, and we won't pretend to be one. We never hold your money. Here's exactly how it works:

You write the order. Your commission is calculated at the rates in your agreement and recorded the moment the order is confirmed.

The brand approves it. Every commission you accrue is visible to the brand with the same numbers you see. One ledger, no private versions.

The brand pays you directly. At settlement, the brand exports a bank payment file and pays you from their own account, straight to yours. That's why we ask for your bank details up front: without them, you cannot be paid.

You confirm you got it. The brand marks the payout paid; you confirm it arrived. If the amount's wrong or it never lands, you flag it right from your settlement screen, on the record.

What we won't promise:we don't guarantee payment timing, and we don't hold funds on your behalf. What we do promise:every number you see is the same number the brand sees, and a payout is never “he said, she said” again.

You're not an employee, and BrandHive never treats you like one. You choose the brands you carry, the agreement terms are accepted by you, and your commission record is yours, exportable for your accountant at tax time. GST and invoicing details live in your profile so statements come out right for your side of the ledger.
